- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Montamore cheese (shredded)
- 2 Cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 pound Fettuccine pasta
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Beaten eggs
Prepare the oven by preheating it to 375°F (190°C).
Using flour and beaten eggs, coat the chicken breasts, then coat with grated Parmesan cheese.
Over medium-high heat, heat butter in a skillet and cook chicken until golden. For 15 minutes, place the dish in the oven.
Pour in heavy cream, butter, and sauteed garlic into a saucepan. Put Montamore cheese in a saucepan and simmer until it is melted.
Follow the package instructions for cooking fettuccine; drain and set aside.
Add Alfredo sauce to cooked pasta and slice cooked chicken.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over pasta and top with sliced chicken.
