Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Montamore cheese (shredded)
  • 2 Cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 pound Fettuccine pasta
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Beaten eggs

Instructions

  • Prepare the oven by preheating it to 375°F (190°C).
  • Using flour and beaten eggs, coat the chicken breasts, then coat with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Over medium-high heat, heat butter in a skillet and cook chicken until golden. For 15 minutes, place the dish in the oven.
  • Pour in heavy cream, butter, and sauteed garlic into a saucepan. Put Montamore cheese in a saucepan and simmer until it is melted.
  • Follow the package instructions for cooking fettuccine; drain and set aside.
  • Add Alfredo sauce to cooked pasta and slice cooked chicken.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over pasta and top with sliced chicken.

Notes

  • Maintain low to medium heat to prevent sauce thickness or curdling.
  • Stir continuously for even melting of cheeses into cream and butter.
  • Adjust thickness: add a splash of warm milk for thickness or simmer for thinness.
