Cuisine American
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or ranch dressing (optional)
- ½ cup baby spinach or shredded lettuce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil, for grilling the wraps
In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the cooked chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat.
Lay the tortillas flat. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or ranch on each tortilla (if using). Add a portion of the chicken mixture down the center. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, then add spinach or lettuce if desired.
Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly like a burrito. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a bit of butter or olive oil. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until the wraps are golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted inside.
Remove from the pan, slice in half if desired, and serve hot with dipping sauce like ranch, garlic aioli, or marinara.
