Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup Refried beans
  • 1 Store-bought or homemade pizza dough
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • cup Pizza sauce
  • cup Taco sauce
  • Sour cream or ranch dressing (Optional)
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes (Optional)
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce (Optional)
  • Black olives (Optional)

Instructions

  • The ground beef should be added to a medium-sized skillet once it has warmed up.
  • Mix the taco seasoning packet with water and drain excess fat before adding the taco seasoning packet.
  • Make the pizza dough by rolling it out on a lightly floured surface, then spreading taco sauce, tomato sauce, and refried beans on top and topping it with mozzarella cheese.
  • After adding the seasoned beef, cover it with cheese and sauce, then top it with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • The golden crust should be beautifully browned after 12-15 minutes in the oven at 450 degrees F. You may also serve it with diced tomatoes, lettuce, black olives, and sour cream or ranch dressing.

Notes

  • Bring the pizza dough to room temperature before rolling for a smoother spread.
  • Experiment with crust thickness based on personal preference.
  • Dust the work surface and rolling pin generously with flour to prevent sticking.
  • Allow the dough to rest before baking for enhanced flavor and texture.
