Ingredients

  • cup Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
  • cup Cabbage (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Dannon Hung Yogurt
  • cup Black Olives (Chopped)
  • cup Carrot (Chopped)
  • 12 Slices Sandwich Bread
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (Softened)
  • 3 tablespoons Corn Kernels
  • 1 Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Put the yogurt in a muslin cloth and tuck it into the knot. Put a bowl underneath to catch the whey, then hang the cloth in the fridge.
  • The yogurt will be thick and creamy when it has been in the fridge for three hours or overnight.
  • Mix the hung yogurt, black olives, green bell pepper, carrot, cabbage, corn, green chili, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl.
  • Spread two to three tablespoons of the hung yogurt mixture evenly on a slice of bread. A sandwich can be made by placing another piece of bread on top.
  • On both sides of the sandwich, spread about a teaspoon of softened butter.
  • Once the saucepan is hot, place the sandwich in the middle and turn the heat to medium. Toast the sandwich on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Slice the sandwich diagonally after toasting, and serve it warm!
