- ⅓ cup Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
- ⅓ cup Cabbage (Chopped)
- 1 cup Dannon Hung Yogurt
- ⅓ cup Black Olives (Chopped)
- ⅓ cup Carrot (Chopped)
- 12 Slices Sandwich Bread
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (Softened)
- 3 tablespoons Corn Kernels
- 1 Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)
- ¾ teaspoon Salt
- ⅓ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Put the yogurt in a muslin cloth and tuck it into the knot. Put a bowl underneath to catch the whey, then hang the cloth in the fridge.
The yogurt will be thick and creamy when it has been in the fridge for three hours or overnight.
Mix the hung yogurt, black olives, green bell pepper, carrot, cabbage, corn, green chili, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl.
Spread two to three tablespoons of the hung yogurt mixture evenly on a slice of bread. A sandwich can be made by placing another piece of bread on top.
On both sides of the sandwich, spread about a teaspoon of softened butter.
Once the saucepan is hot, place the sandwich in the middle and turn the heat to medium. Toast the sandwich on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Slice the sandwich diagonally after toasting, and serve it warm!
