Start by peeling and shredding the potato.
Place the shredded potatoes in a strainer and pour cold water over them.
In this step, the potato is rinsed to remove the excess starch.
You can squeeze out the water from potatoes over a sink using a cheesecloth (or another similar alternative).
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the mixture, then place it in a bowl.
Some butter and oil should be heated in a pan on medium heat. Depending on how much butter and oil you need, add it.
Flatten the potato mixture with a spatula once all the potatoes have been added. Approximately one inch thick.
After the bottom of the potatoes is crispy, divide them into sections and turn them over individually.
It should be cooked until brown.
