Old Overholt Cocktail Recipe
This Old Overholt Cocktail Recipe combines the robust flavor of rye whiskey with the sweetness of simple syrup and the aromatic touch of Angostura bitters.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounce Simple syrup
- 4 ounces Old Overholt Straight Rye Whiskey
- 6 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Lemon twist or cherry for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in 4 ounces of Old Overholt Straight Rye Whiskey.
- Add 1.5 ounces of simple syrup.
- Shake or stir well until the mixture is chilled and well combined.
