- 500 g thinly sliced beef ribeye preferred, or sirloin
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 200 g provolone cheese sliced or shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- For the buttery topping:
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
