Ingredients
  

  • 5 filets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pc. red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 pc. green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4 pcs. hoagie rolls
  • 6-7 slices Provolone cheese
  • Steak seasoning as needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • The green and red bell peppers should be finely diced, and the mushrooms should be sliced.
  • Make thin strips from the salmon by gently cutting it.
  • Your preferred seasoning should be generously applied to the salmon strips.
  • The salmon should be added to the skillet when the cooking oil is hot.
  • Cook the salmon on medium heat for a few minutes until it turns pink.
  • Stir occasionally while adding the mushrooms and bell peppers.
  • The heat should be lowered and the cooking should begin.
  • You can toast your hoagie rolls until they are golden brown by spreading butter on them.
  • As soon as the hoagie rolls are now toasted, butter them again and add slices of Provolone cheese.
  • The cheese should be melted by the time you toast again.
  • Your choice of toppings can be added to the salmon mixture once it has been transferred to the hoagie rolls.
  • Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
