Spicy Enoki Mushroom Recipe

- 1 pack of Enoki Mushrooms Usually 200g
- 1 tablespoon Korean Green Chili Peppers About one piece, chopped
- 3 tablespoon Water
- Sesame Seeds For garnish
Buldak Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang or Korean Pepper Paste
- 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
- Black Pepper To taste
- 1/2 tablespoon Gochugaru Optional
Take the packaged enoki and slice off an inch of its bottom. Ensure that the mushrooms are clean by removing them from the packaging and washing them.
The pan should be placed on high heat. In oil, sauté the chili peppers. When the mixture is fragrant and sizzling, turn the heat down to medium.
Make sure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed before adding them to the sauce.
Keep the sauce to the side. Spread the enoki mushrooms in the pan and return the pan to high heat.
In addition to the sauce, add the water to the mushrooms.
As the water cooks off, allow the sauce to soak into the mushrooms.
When the mushrooms are completely charred and the water has evaporated, stir fry until the water has completely evaporated.
