Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Mirin
  • 1 cup Japanese Sake
  • 2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a saucepan with medium heat: Japanese Sake, soy sauce, mirin, honey, sugar, and sriracha sauce.
  • Let the mixture come to a boil after stirring together the ingredients.
  • Immediately after it boils, lower the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Allow the sauce to cool for 10 minutes after it has been heated.
