Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 13 ounces apricot jam
  • cup water
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • A medium saucepan should be heated over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of canola oil. Spices should be fragrant after about 3 minutes after adding the garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
  • Continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes until the jam melts.
  • Ketchup, honey, Dijon, and Worcestershire sauce are added after adding the water and cider vinegar.
  • Slowly simmer until reduced by half, stirring frequently, for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes after removing from the heat.
