- 1/2 pound extra-lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 hard taco shells
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided (plus more for serving)
- 4 mini flour tortillas
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
Spicy ranch sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoon ranch seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (such as tabasco)
Turn the oven on to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a spoon, break up the ground beef and season with salt & pepper in a large skillet over high heat.
Once the taco seasoning is added, cook for 10 minutes, until the tacos are fully cooked.
In the meantime, mix the sour cream with the ranch seasoning and hot sauce. Set aside hard taco shells with taco meat divided among them.
Place a layer of cheese on top of each tortilla, then bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese has completely melted. Wrap soft taco shells around the bacon and gently press. Remove from oven.
Add spicy ranch sauce and lettuce to tacos, then top them with cheese. Take a bite and enjoy.
