- 3 cups Uncooked Oatmeal
- ½ cup Raw Cashews
- ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 250°F (about 120°C).
Combine the uncooked oatmeal, sliced raw almonds, raw pepitas, raw cashews, unsweetened coconut flakes, and ground cinnamon in a large bowl.
The honey and coconut oil should be combined in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the vanilla extract after combining the ingredients.
Combine the liquid mixture and dry ingredients in the big bowl, stirring until the liquid mixture evenly coats the dry ingredients.
On the prepared baking sheet, spread this mixture evenly.
It will become golden and crispy after baking for 75 minutes in the preheated oven.
As the granola cools, it will become crunchier.
