- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 8 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- ½ cup 2 ounces shredded Muenster cheese
- ½ cup 2 ounces shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup 2 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup 2 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup 8 ounces Velveeta, cut into small cubes
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Ensure that the oven is preheated to 350°F. Prepare a 9-by-13-inch baking pan by greasing it.
Mix Muenster cheese, Cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese together. Separately set aside.
Once your elbow macaroni is prepared, you can serve it.
Put 3 quarts of salted water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Follow the directions on the box when cooking pasta, about 8 minutes for al-dente noodles. Add the drained noodles to a large bowl after they have been exhausted.
Mix melted butter into the macaroni and pour over the noodles.
In a large bowl, combine the noodles with half-and-half, eggs, half of the shredded cheese, all of the Velveeta cheese, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
Prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper. Pour this mixture into it. Add the remaining cheese mixture to the top.
It will take about 30 minutes for the edges to bubble up in the oven. You can serve it hot and enjoy it.
