Pink Starburst Shot Recipe
Pink starburst shots are a blend of Kissed Caramel Vodka, Watermelon Pucker Schnapps, and a Sweet and Sour Mix. They are delicious, sweet, and refreshing. The recipe is versatile and can be made with different flavors of vodka or Watermelon Pucker Schnapps.
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Jigger
- 4 Shot Glasses OR 2 cocktail glasses
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Kissed Caramel Vodka or Vanilla Vodka
- 2 ounces Watermelon Pucker Schnapps
- 1.5 ounces Sweet and Sour Mix
- ½ ounce Heavy Cream
- 3 tablespoons honey optional for adding sugar rim to the glass
- 2 tablespoons sanding sugar optional for adding sugar rim to the glass
To Make A Large Batch, Makes One Pitcher:
- 2 cups Kissed Caramel Vodka
- 2 ½ cups Watermelon Pucker Schnapps
- 2 cups Sweet and Sour Mix
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Garnish the glasses with honey and pink sugar dipped in honey. (optional)
- A cocktail shaker should be filled with vodka, watermelon pucker schnapps, sweet and sour mix, and heavy cream. For 20-30 seconds, shake vigorously with ice.
- You can serve this in shot glasses or cocktail glasses.
- If you like, you can remove 3-4 pink starbursts from their wrappers, squeeze a little lime juice on top, and drink them in the pink sugar. You'll enjoy this tart sweet treat after you've taken the shot!
To Make A Large Batch
- The best way to make a large batch is to use a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Because heavy cream separates easily, it is important to mix thoroughly before serving. When serving, do not add ice.
