- 1 Red chili pepper (seeds removed)
- 450 gram Shrimps (deveined and peeled)
- 1 Green chili pepper (seeds removed)
- 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
- 6 Baby red potatoes (peeled and halved)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- ½ Sliced onion
- 1 Sliced tomato
For the seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano (crushed)
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 ½ teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ Old bay seasoning
Bring a pot of water to a boil over medium heat, add the potatoes, and boil for 5 minutes. Drain.
Combine all the seasoning ingredients and add half of it to the shrimp mixture, making sure to coat it well. Leave it for 15 minutes.
Then add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes per side until golden brown in a skillet containing oil and butter over medium heat.
Next, add the pepper slices to the skillet and cook for two minutes. Stir in the onion and cook until the onion is soft, then add the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are tender. Occasionally stir the mixture.
The tomatoes and remaining seasoning should be added to the skillet, stir well, and cook for three minutes.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes after adding the cooked shrimp and stirring everything together well.
Enjoy the shrimp and vegetables served with garlic bread after transferring them to a large serving tray.
