Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce Taco Bell's Refried Beans
  • 8 ounce Velveeta Cheese
  • 10 ounce Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 ½ pound Chicken Breast Cut into strips
  • 1 Small Diced White Onion
  • 1 ounce Taco Seasoning
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 cups 5 minute Instant White Rice
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 8 Large Flour Tortillas
  • Cumin And Parsley Flakes For Seasoning
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Stir half a cup of vegetable oil into a skillet over medium-high heat and add chicken strips, seasoning them with salt and pepper as you go.
  • For chicken, cook it for 8-10 minutes, so it doesn't have any pink left.
  • Half of the white onion should be diced before the chicken is cooked, and the onion should be caramelized with the chicken as well.
  • On a cutting board, leave the chicken to rest.
  • Rice should be cooked according to the package instructions and seasoned.
  • The refried beans should be heated over medium heat.
  • Simmer for 5-7 minutes after cutting the chicken and adding taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water.
  • Mix with the enchilada sauce and Velveeta cheese until creamy.
  • Microwave tortillas for 25 seconds, then top them with chicken, cheese sauce, rice, and beans.
  • Drizzle sour cream on top, fold, and smother with green sauce and serve.
