Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef tenderloin cut into pieces
  • 1 pound Peeled and deveined Shrimp (Medium-sized)
  • 1/2 pound Boneless skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Powder
  • 1 cup Broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1/2 cup Snow Peas
  • 1/2 cup Baby Corn
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Low sodium Chicken Stock
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 1.5 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Granulated Sugar
  • Peanut Oil

Instructions

  • Slice the shrimp, beef, and chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Cut the broccoli, snow peas, and bell peppers into small pieces.
  • Mix together the chicken stock, Chinese five-spice powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl or measuring cup. Separately set aside.
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut oil should be added to a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until brown on all sides (around 5 minutes). Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan after transferring the chicken to a plate.
  • Stir-fry the shrimp for 3 minutes after adding the beef and letting it cook for 2 minutes. Cook the vegetables for 2 minutes after the beef and shrimp are cooked through.
  • Add the prepared sauce mixture to the chicken and return it to the pan. Let everything simmer together until the sauce is thickened and all the ingredients are covered.
  • With steamed rice or your favorite noodles, you can enjoy your Triple Delight Chinese Food.
