- 1 pound Beef tenderloin cut into pieces
- 1 pound Peeled and deveined Shrimp (Medium-sized)
- 1/2 pound Boneless skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Powder
- 1 cup Broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1/2 cup Snow Peas
- 1/2 cup Baby Corn
- 1/2 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup Low sodium Chicken Stock
- 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
- 1.5 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1.5 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Granulated Sugar
- Peanut Oil
Slice the shrimp, beef, and chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Cut the broccoli, snow peas, and bell peppers into small pieces.
Mix together the chicken stock, Chinese five-spice powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl or measuring cup. Separately set aside.
2 tablespoons of peanut oil should be added to a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until brown on all sides (around 5 minutes). Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan after transferring the chicken to a plate.
Stir-fry the shrimp for 3 minutes after adding the beef and letting it cook for 2 minutes. Cook the vegetables for 2 minutes after the beef and shrimp are cooked through.
Add the prepared sauce mixture to the chicken and return it to the pan. Let everything simmer together until the sauce is thickened and all the ingredients are covered.
